What you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, store URL, role, platform, approximate variant count, target country and description of the issue. It also records your consent, the submission time and a request reference.
Do not include passwords, account tokens, customer-order data or other sensitive information. Any store or Merchant Center access needed for paid work is arranged separately.
Why we use it
We use inquiry details to assess fit, respond to your request, discuss scope and keep a record of the conversation. The form asks for your consent to this use. Submitting it does not sign you up to a newsletter or marketing list.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry information is stored using the website’s hosting and database infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery, security and reliability. Access to inquiry records is restricted to operating the service.
We do not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed outside your country by infrastructure or communication providers. If an engagement requires additional access or processing arrangements, these are agreed before the work starts.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry details while responding to your request and for any resulting engagement or necessary business records. You can ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent to further inquiry follow-up by contacting the operator. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Cookies and measurement
This site does not intentionally add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. Hosting and security infrastructure may use technical storage or request logs needed to operate the website. The inquiry form uses a hidden spam field and a submission timestamp. To limit repeated submissions, your IP address is converted to a salted hash and stored in a short-window abuse counter. This counter is used for spam prevention, not advertising.

We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Any materially different use of information will be explained before it is introduced.
